You can't recruit top talent in state so what are your chances out of state, pray for a sleeper, again and again. For 3 mil he should be able to put together a winning program, if not, we wasted our money! I hope it has been injuries that has kept him from turning the corner, but one thing he said concerns me, you really only play 8 or 9 players, as I recall, and that concerns me, because without depth, bang an injury occurs and suddenly you need that 10 or 11 spot to step up.
