have no actual impact on the program and only to scapegoat a former coach. The NCAA punishments were simply agreeing to MU's self imposed penalties which had zero effect on the program whatsoever.

MU hasn't recovered from making the worst hiring decision in modern bb history, and then inexplicably allowing it to continue for 3 full seasons when it was obvious after 1 season there was a zero % chance of anything beyond historical failure.
