on scholarships. Used to be you could give as little as 10% IIRC, the change raised the minimum scholarship to 25%.

I remember Tim Jamieson talking on air about telling out of state Jrs. that were drafted would be better off signing for even $5k because he was barely covering books with the scholarship money.

That 25% floor has been temporarily removed.
