I don't see it that way. I think he is for law and order and as a former LE he gives them the benefit of the doubt.
I am not former LE, but I'm also for law and order and tend to give LE the benefit of the doubt.
I know, and have known, several cops and they've all been damn fine people trying to do a difficult job. Frankly, I don't know why anyone would do it anymore.
I also know there are some bad cops who cross the line and should be fired and, if they break laws, prosecuted. I also know cops are human and are put in difficult situations and make bad decisions.
I don't know enough about the most recent situation in MN to even comment on it, so I won't.
