what did they expect, that Joe was going to talk to him like a normal adult?
Every time a Dem addresses a black audience they either shuck and jive or adopt a southern draw. How in the hell do AAs continue to vote en mass for people who obviously think so little of them?
The absolute worst was Hillary and she still drew well over 90% of the AA vote.
