if she is a really talented point guard, is one of our greatest needs, reducing turnovers on our part. It has been mystifying to me why Mizzou has consistently had such awful turnover rates, and this has not improved at all. Our turnovers seem to come when other teams press us, when players who are not the most skillful passers attempt silly, high risk passes, and when we pick up the ball on offense and get swarmed in a trap. A good point guard who runs the offense and keeps the ball moving and who can singlehandedly break a press addresses all three situations.
