According to the Mizzou website, Chelsea went 12-1 in 2010, with 123 strikeouts, prior to stopping play and ultimately getting the medical redshirt.
Since it’s based on percentage of games played relative to the entire season, pitchers can go a lot deeper into the regular season than position players can, so she got some decent stats in.
FWIW, if you didnt count those 12 wins and 123 strikeouts, Chelsea would still easily be #1 all time in strikeouts, as she leads Teresa Wilson (1980-83) by 281 strikeouts.
But Wilson would be #1 in wins. Chelsea leads her 111-102. Without 2010 Wilson would be #1, 102-99.
