Always appreciate your passion and insights on Mizzou baseball.

I’m going to say Scherzer is not going to be top 5.

Karissa is definitely top 5. So is Sophie. So is Cox. So is Chelsea Thomas. And so is Chase Daniel and/or Brad Smith. If I was a betting man that would be my top 6. Top 10, from what I’m reading now as more Mizzou fans chime in would likely include Askren, Scherzer, and Cantwell.

Just to compare Chelsea and Max, in similar sports, Chelsea was first team AA 3 years, and conference Pitcher of the Year 3 times, twice in the Big 12 and once in the SEC. Was Scherzer an AA in any seasons? Was he ever POY in the conference one time, much less 3 times? I don’t know, just asking.

Chelsea will be higher on the list than Max, no question.
