I am surprised CM has been so ineffective, because his history is better than what he is showing at Missouri so far.

Either the kids he is recruiting are not good enough to play at this level, or CM and his staff are doing a poor job of developing and coaching the kids they bring in. It is one or the other, and maybe a little of both.

Both the talent and the coaching needs to improve.
