she was quitting softball to concentrate on school work and getting a degree and her life after softball.
I suspect she was helped along with that decision by the toughness of the competition at ULL, who were already very good and then went into the transfer market big time. They are loaded for this season. I don’t think she was going to get much playing time there. So a good decision for her. Even the very best college softball players can’t make a decent living at the game post graduation. Gotta figure out what you are going to do with your life.
