High crimes and misdemeanors....
A misdemeanor is a crime. Not a felony, a smaller crime.
And a "high crime" according to them is not necessarily a crime.
Why didn't they impeach for being a racist as one of the Black Caucus geniuses said?
Why didn't they impeach for being a poopy head?
Neither of those is a crime either.
But defeating fat hillary and disrupting the legacy of the black marxist deserve impeachment and removal from office. Because if they don't impeach him, he will win reelection.
