Good defensive effort. To be frank, I thought they looked pretty raw offensively. Offense seems to be built around getting Mark Smith et al open for 3's. Defense will keep us in games but I think we will struggle to score against a lot of our opponents going forward.

The thing I was most impressed with was the ability to overcome a little adversity at the end of the game (when Temple made a run) and persevere. That's a quality I've not seen in a Tiger team for several years.

Pinson seems like an adequate PG. Didn't get rattled by Temple's press (albeit, it was a pretty half hearted press). We didn't make a lot of stupid TO's which is also nice to see. I'd prefer a more deliberate offense feeding the ball inside and better ball movement but we'll win some games in the sec regardless.
