It is on the fans. Their responsibility is not to coach the team, recruit the players, call the plays, or hire or fire the coaches. Their job is to show up for the games. It is that simple. Good games or bad games, rain or shine fans have to do their jobs. If you expect to have a top notch program then fill the stadium. Nothing more complex than that.
