at all levels. Because of two things. 1. Officials make bad calls that can be overturned easily..so they expand review. 2. video evidence is easier and better

Fans will complain both ways depending on which side of the fence they are on..that has been proven over time...fan bases are never fully happy.

the part I really don't understand is why they have not added another on field ref (although I do think they give the side judges more responsibility than they used to).
