Out-of-state tuition is definitely NOT waived for athletes. This puts Mizzou at a serious disadvantage, IMO. Many surrounding states (particularly Arkansas, Kansas) will waive it for students with decent GPAs out of high school, which is why those schools are able to take players right out of Mizzou's backyard.
Please explain why this message is being reported.
