Frank is not going to get there. All of these new guys have passed him up. He was a total project and never caught on.

I think the discussion between Hansford and Jeffcoat is one of athletic potential and being ready to play sooner.

Not saying Jeffcoat has maxed out yet or that he's not going to be great. He might be. But he was more ready to play right away, while Hansford needed more time to transition from a skill standpoint to maximize his athletic potential.
I don't see snap counts, but Jeffcoat surely had quite a few more while his stats show 5 tackles and 1 sack. Hansford shows 1 and 0.
