Wheres the affirmative action calls with Kelly Knight Craft?

Several people on this board are disgusted at affirmative action, so it’s puzzling to not see anyone outraged at the appointment of Kelly Knight Craft for UN ambassador. Extra puzzling because white women are the biggest beneficiaries of affirmative action.
As far as I can see, Craft didn’t have a real job until she was appointed as an “alternate delegate” by Bush in 2007, most likely because of campaign donations. Now she’s parlayed that to UN ambassador. Her work history just lists several “advisory” roles, mostly of which were gotten through donations.
Where are the affirmative action cries? Why is everyone silent on that??
