Pretty sure that kid wears that number in HS and AAU ball. If JP was gone, he would already announce his intention. Until that point, it's probably 50/50 and depends upon how confident he is that he can get drafted in the first round. Would be really awesome to get him back and have this kid on the roster too. Jontay is so important because you never know when Tilmon will have to go to the bench due to fouls, and you don't lose anything when JP plays center.
