the seller MUST disclose that inspection to future buyers if the sale falls through.
It would not matter one bit if someone is "dumb enough not to get an inspection". The inspection is anything found must be disclosed. If problems are found, all the leverage lies with the potential buyer because that becomes knowledge to anyone. It's not "who cares least".
