As mentioned, Miss St whipped TAMU on the road by nearly 30 points.
SC spotted a hapless Florida team a 25-18 lead after the first quarter, then hammered them the rest of the way to win by 19 on the road.
Best game of the day (so far) was in Lexington, where Kentucky barely survived to beat Arkansas, 61-59.
That sets up the big Mizzou-Tennessee rematch today tipping off at 4pm. Huge stakes for Mizzou both with the conference race and NCAA seeding implications. With a win, we break the current 3 way tie for 3rd place in the SEC, and move into 3rd all alone with a 9-4 record, with a game in hand over the others at 8-4. A loss drops us into sole possession of 5th place in the SEC, just one game ahead of Auburn, UT, LSU and Georgia in the loss column, putting us at risk of finishing as low as 9th in the conference race with a poor finish in our last three games.
That’s all, nothing big.
