Coaches with good teams are almost never fired and coaches leaving P5 schools to go to another P5 school is somewhat rare. It happened once in the modern era of Mizzou basketball.
I'll see this in caps so you can understand it:
ALMOST EVERY NEW COACH INHERITS A ROSTER DEVOID OF TALENT THAT THEY NEED TO REBUILD OVER THE FIRST 2-3 YEARS OF THEIR TENURE. KIM WASN'T SPECIAL IN THE LACK OF TALENT HE INHERITED.
