In terms of drop, I agree with that.

In terms of overall state of the program without any consideration about where it was before they took over, Baylor was worse.
Kim took a program who had been in a tourney 5 of the previous 6 years and turned it into one of the 2 or 3 worst P5 program pretty much instantly.
Dave Bliss took a program that had won 6 games before he arrived and hadn't been in a tourney in 11 years and made it the least attractive P5 jobs in the country when Drew took over.
The program that Drew took over was worse than the one Cuonzo took over. But the drop from Baylor's normal level was far less than the drop from our program's normal level to the post-Kim level which was a massive drop-off.
