David Gibbs (troubling?) tidbits.

I hadn't seen that Gibbs was reported as taking the DC job at Houston under Dana Holgerson just last week.
When Gibbs was hired as DC at TTech, he was the 7th DC in 7 seasons for the program.
He married a Lawrence, KS girl after meeting her while on staff with Glenn Mason at kU. They have 2 kids. Not sure if they were born in Lawrence. He must burn all of his and her kU gear. No "house divided" bull****e. Troubling.
Gibbs was on staff for Herm Edwards with the Chiefs. Edwards reportedly targeted Gibbs for the DC job at Arizona State after the 2017 season at TTech, which Gibbs was able to leverage for a new 2 year contract at $650k a year. Assume TTech would have bought out that last year when they fired Gibbs meaning Gibbs gets to double-dip this first year at MU. Not a bad gig if you're willing to move a lot.
