1) BO has been in place long enough that the culture is established and the transfers won’t be coming in to establish the culture of a new program/coach but rather to conform. Bryant’s transfer was not for any other reason than he lost his position at a position where only one person plays, the others could be a concern if not for the aforementioned reason.

2) everyone transfers now including the last two Heisman winners, so it’s just part of the new norm in college athletics you have to accept and embrace as a player and coach I guess on the team.
