It wouldn't surprise me to see Tilmon stay all 4 years

Of course I could be wrong and I know it's counter to the narrative some are portraying. It's not that he won't be ready by his 3rd year but as of now for some reason I get the impression he likes the process of his development and the college experience. Some players are like that. For the purpose of transparency, I'm one who believes players that can should go to the NBA as soon as they can to take advantage of making money. So my take isn't the emotional one of some fans.
