Well some Blue BLoods do play by a different set of recruiting rules than other programs, add in that Location is the number ONE factor in getting top flight recruits and that tradition is number 2 coach is Number 3 and you have a Perfect storm for Saban who is a dang good coach, but I think any Good Coach would have success at Bama it's just easier. His record at Mich. st./Miami is more indicative of his coaching ability if he doesn't have all the Advantages that a blue blood offers.
