and finding the right fit isn't either...just ask Bama...remember Saban was their 2nd choice...Rodriguez was their 1st...like to tell me how that turned out? I think BO is taking a great gamble with this guy...could cost him his job...then again Dooley did the same thing hiring Sansuri as his DC...which proves most college coaches are stupid.
