But they do have to ask and get clearance. As I recall, Mizzou had a case several years ago where a high school didn't ask permission or make any arrangements to use the logo, and Mizzou had to make them aware of the breach. Of course, it was Mizzou that took the PR hit...the big, bad university that wouldn't let a little ol' high school use the logo.
