Flynn pled guilty to lying to the FBI about his statements.
Sadly, for you, Flynn may eventually appeal that conviction if his lawyers can prove that it was based on the fake fusion GPS dossier Hillary paid for.
It's tough getting the Obama drones and failures to understand that results are expected now, when under Obama they didn't. Obama was always more about appearance than results.
