If gay marriage is legal, then the baker must legally make the cake.

If he doesn't want to, he can refuse to make wedding cakes at all as he's done. He lost a good chunk of his business that way but he stayed true to his religious beliefs.

It's similar to what my wife always says, "Freedom of speech does not equal freedom from consequences".

Please explain why this message is being reported.
