Because they had nothing to prosecute. They Clintons have been under the microscope for 30 years. The GOP has investigated them ad nauseum; both officially and otherwise; both in D.C. and Arkansas. There is no one the GOP hates more than the Clintons (well, maybe Obama. It's close). The score so far: 0 convictions, 0 trials, 0 arrests. The GOP has come up with zip; though not for a lack of trying.

They got lucky in the 90's and managed to impeach Bill, while making us the laughingstock of the world. THAT seems to be the one thing the GOP does better than anything else.
