2. As I said yesterday, posts that call other posters derogatory names will be removed. I am not interested in having to make determinations of "how derogatory" a post must be to be removed. Focus your posts on basketball and the content of other posts, not on other posters, and you won't have to worry about it.

3. You very likely don't see 90% of posts from other posters that are removed unless you monitor Tigerboard 24/7. And if you do that, you should probably volunteer to be a moderator.

4. Moderators generally do not monitor Tigerboard 24/7, nor do they read every post. You will likely see posts from others that are "just like mine that was removed" that are still out there. Don't whine about it. There is a mechanism to report posts that you believe should be removed. At some point a moderator will review the report and decide if the post should be removed and/or if further action is warranted.

5. Moderators do not remove posts based on which "side" you're on. I have removed posts from Mr. Orange, Jeff85, DollarSigns, Evenflow, and FIJItiger when I felt removal was warranted.

6. If you don't like the moderation on this board, you can take it up with nick@tigerboard.com, volunteer to moderate and make it better, or go start your own discussion board. What you cannot do is complain about it on the basketball board.
