Development, they just don't get the one on one time with players. Development really is on the assistants.
His bigs have had solid years because of the offense. It emphasizes the paint touches.
I'm just not as worried about the bigs, guards have been the biggest problem since KA has been here. Which is why I like the new assistant Dildy. He has a reputation of being really good at developing perimeter players.
