Very successful coach at a lower level. Brought in to be a HC at a level that he has been far removed from. Players don't know or respect him so the coaching done doesn't really work.
The decision on KA will really come down to which camp Sterk is in.
Does he just look at the poor record and fire him? Or does he look at a young team that could be pretty good in a year or 2? Especially with a couple more additions like CJ Roberts.
