Like I said, he would have to have 3 top 5 assist seasons in a row to beat Pressey and I don't see enough talent around him to do that. The current top 5 assist seasons were accomplished in the following seasons and as you can see, getting a lot of assists usually occurs when the teams are pretty good. In fact, the lowest win total for a top 10 assist season was 21 win season.

3. Peeler - 1989-1990 (26 wins)
4. Coward - 1988-1989 (29 wins)
5. Drew - 1979-1980 (26 wins)
