Having guys around him that can hit shots. Flip had some great outside shooters like Denmon, a solid outside shooter in English, and really good inside scorers in Ratliff, AO, & Bowers.

He just had a bunch of all conference or better level players around him. There's almost definitely not an all conference level player on the roster this year.
