great product and even better market. The owners are tapping that market in every way possible, including the international expansion. If enough of their customers speak - or if the streaming services lose money on their one-off game, it will pullback.
Apparently peacock had enough "trial" subscribers stick with it, to pay off for them. I'd be ****ed if I couldn't get the Chiefs game, I wouldn't sweat any other games. Fortunately I'm in the local broadcast area.
Netflix is willing to pay the NFL $150m for two Christmas day games - can't blame the league for taking their $$$. If it bombs, Netflix won't be buying games a year from now (or paying this much.)
