he's pretty okay as a coach, but not outstanding. I grew up just ahead of him in Montana, and knew of him through fiends. Folks were not entirely complimentary of him as a person, to say the least.
He's young enough that he'll just have to move on and coach somewhere else if the wheels fall off in Arkansas, and he's proven he'll take jobs at lower level schools if they'll hire him. My guess is that his career is on the downhill slide.
