the drugs are not really illegal do you understand how the system works. I know of a case in Florida where the person pullled over with her kid in the car was pulled over for alledgedly not coming to a complete stop at a sign. Asked to see her ID (although they new who she was when they rann her plates. they found out that she had a priot arrest 4 years ago for posession of vicoden. She had her prescription bottle of Suboxone in her car with her next dose in her bra. they illegally grabbed her ou opf the car searched her arrested her and charged her with felony drug trafficing of Fentanyl. They have not produced a toxocology report yet or produced the video of the traffic stop. She originally had a public defender who said that he was limited to what she could do. Her parents hired an attorney and he is taking the case for little money. This happens a lot
